Support Policy

Support is defined as after-sales services provided by yKhoonExtension in solving problems, and in supplying updates, upgrade, and patches for bugs or security holes in yKhoonExtension product.

Support Eligibility

Support is only eligible to subscriber only. The subscription limits the support to the domain specified in your subscription within the subscription period. Any follow-ups or replies are between yKhoonExtension and the subscriber and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

Support Limitation

Support is offered in English ONLY. Support is provided via specified e-mail only.

Training or teaching any programming language is not included in support. Alteration or modification of our products or any other products (Joomla! related or unrelated) is not included in support.

Please not that we reserve the right to refuse any alteration of modification of our products or any products (Joomla! related or unrelated). Support Period

yKhoonExtension is not obligated to provide support beyond the end of the term indicated by your subscription unless you renew your subscription.

We will try to reply within 24 hours or a maximum of two working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, except for Public Holidays.

Changes to this Policy

The Support Policy may be updated occasionally and are subject to change at yKhoonExtension's discretion. We reserve the right to modify or update the Policy at any time without prior notice.

Even though this Support Policy is effective for subscriber only, we reserve the right to apply all or any portion of it to non-subscriber.
